ROOF SHINGLES REPLACEMENT FOR TOWN AND GARDEN, RFP 17-03 (ReBid)

Bids are being accepted to remove and replace the roof shingles of duplex dwellings located at Town and Garden Townhomes.  The scope of work includes removal of all shingles, felt and vents, and replace with new dimensensional-style shingles, drip edge, underlayment, ice/water shield (per code) and rubber flashing for waste pipes and flues.  The locations are 1115/17, 1121/23, 1129/31, 1134/36, 1135/37, and 1201/03 Essling, 1134/36, 1135/37,  1205/07, and 1217/19 Dillon, and 1101/03, 1109/11, and 1121/23 Findley Streets.  Bids will be accepted until Friday, February 17, 2017 at 12:00 noon EST.  Please click for RFP 17-03.

FLOOR COVERING REPLACEMENT FOR TWO HIGH-RISE APARTMENTS, RFP 17-02

Bids are being accepted for floor covering replacement for two high-rise apartments, located at Pinewood Manor and Davenport Manor.  The scope of work includes the remove and replacement of vinyl tile in the two apartments.   Bids will be accepted until Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at 12:00 noon EST.  Please click for RFP 17-02.

A pre-bid inspection will be on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at 10:00 am EST beginning at Pinewood Manor, 2715 S. Jefferson Ave. Saginaw, MI 48601 and Davenport Manor, 2814 Davenport Ave. Saginaw, MI 48602 will follow.  

REPLACEMENT OF DOOR HARDWARE FOR ELMWOOD MANOR APARTMENTS, RFP 17-01

Bids are being accepted for the replacement of door hardware at Elmwood Manor.   The scope of work includes replacing apartment entery hardware and locks at apartment entry doors and storage room doors.  Bids will be accepted until Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at 12:00 noon EST.  Please cick for RFP 17-01.

A pre-bid inspection will be on Thursday, February 9, 2017 1:00p -2:00p, attendance is encouraged but not required.  

 REPAIR, PAINTING, CLEANING OF APARTMENT 407 AT DAVENPORT MANOR, RFP 16-10

Bids are being accepted to restore apartment 407 at Davenport Manor.  The scope of work includes rapaif of damage drywall, replace of interior and closet doors and kitchen cabinets, reinstall of various hardware, cleaning and painting.  Bids will be accepted until Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at 12:00 noon EST.  Please click for RFP 16-10.

A pre-bid inspection will be on Thursday, December 15, 2016 at 1:00pm at Davenport Manor, 2811 Davenport Ave. Saginaw, MI 48602.
